SamplesHow long does sampling take?
Samples take approximately 2–4 weeks.
INCICan I get the full ingredient list (INCI)?
Yes. Detailed specifications and the full ingredient list (INCI) are available after the contract is signed, or after production.
MOQWhat is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
3,000 pcs per SKU. The exact MOQ is negotiable depending on product type
and formulation, so share your target volume with our team before sampling. Hair brushes: MOQ 2,000 pcs, with logo engraving.
Lead timeHow long does mass production take?
Production takes approximately 6–12 weeks from confirmation of formula,
packaging materials and packaging design. Timelines vary between initial orders and reorders.
CertificationWhich markets are your products registered or certified for?
Europe (CPNP), China (NMPA), the United States (FDA facility registration and product listing under MoCRA), the Eurasian Economic Union (EAC), India (CDSCO), Malaysia (NPRA), Vietnam (DAV), Thailand (Thai FDA),
Taiwan (TFDA) and Korea (KC). Registration support is also available for Saudi Arabia (SFDA) and the GCC (GSO / UAE ECAS). Coverage differs per product — see Regulatory & Documents.
RegulatoryDo you provide regulatory registration support?
We provide country-specific regulatory consulting and documentation support for systems such as CPNP, MoCRA, NMPA and EAC. Exact requirements depend on the product and market.
LogisticsDo you handle export shipping?
Yes. Export documentation, logistics and delivery to your market are the final
step of our process. FOB, CIF and DDP terms are all available.
PaymentWhat are your payment terms?
Payment terms are negotiable and agreed per project.
Private labelDo you support private label and own-brand development?
Yes. YJBN provides OEM, ODM and OBM services — from concept
and customized formulation to controlled production — supported by an in-house corporate R&D center.
PackagingCan you also supply the containers?
Yes. Through our affiliate BEAUTYLABS, we propose formula and packaging together.
Container specs, MOQ and lead time are confirmed with BEAUTYLABS for each product (lead times vary by item).
Container MOQs may differ from the formula MOQ.
QualityWhere are your products manufactured, and under what standards?
In Korea, at our in-house and partner manufacturing facilities, certified to ISO 22716 (CGMP).
Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001 for quality and ISO 14001 for environmental management.
